Howard Pittman gives a detailed description of what he saw and experienced as he was given a guided tour of the spirit realm when he died on the operating table as a result of an internal hemorrhage when the main artery in his abdomen ruptured from animism. His spirit was separated from his body and taken into the spirit world where he was allowed to see demonic activity and their operations in this physical world.
